About the Password Generator
A strong password is long, random and different for every account. People are poor at being random, so passwords made up by hand are far easier to guess than they look.
This generator uses your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator and never sends the password anywhere. Choose the length and character types, or skip characters that look alike when the password has to be read or typed by hand. The strength estimate shows how many bits of randomness the password contains.
